WHAT IS STRENGTH & CONDITIONING?​
Our Strength & Conditioning is our signature program which has helped 1000’s of members. The program is for individuals who have previous experience in compound lifting and conditioning working. This is for people who enjoy a mixture of strength and cardio training. . In our 55mins, we structure your workout from warmup to cool down to allow you to be as productive as possible with your time. The training itself has a balanced mix of strength work, skill progressions, and fun mixed modal testers. Its a class that gets you working hard but in a safe environment for all fitness levels. All exercises are scaled to suit all fitness levels.

At the moment we offer 10 classes a week at various times in the day for you to join. A fun group exercise that gets results.

PURCHASE CLASS CREDITS AND USE THEM TO BOOK INTO STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASSES. ANY CLASS CREDIT CAN BE USED FOR STRENGTH & CONDITIONING AT HYBRID-TRAINING. ALL STUDIO CREDIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY INCLUDING OUR 4-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING MEMBERSHIP
ONCE YOU PURCHASE ANY OF OUR MONHLTY MEMBERSHIPS YOU CAN USE YOUR CREDITS TO GO TO ANY OF OUR STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASSES. YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL ROLL MONTH TO MONTH AND YOU CAN CANCEL AT ANY TIME BY GIVING US 30-DAYS NOTICE.
