Thank you for visiting our HYBRID-TRAINING page. Our facility is based in Oranmore Galway. Hybrid Training combines resistance and endurance training to accomplish many objectives. This type of training offers you a wealth of advantages depending on your goals, whether you want to improve your health, physical performance, strength, appearance, or muscular hypertrophy. Because of our commitment to health and fitness and to lifelong learning, we aim to add value to your life and help you with your health & fitness goals. We have the highest educated and practical experienced coaches in Galway.
